I was on Telegraph and a black sand tc came up next to me. I am pretty sure it different wheels than the stock. At first I thought it was Ricky because the exhaust was extremly loud. It also had a wing on it. I stopped at QT and he did too, but said nothing. He was bald or shaved his head and he was wearing scrubs. Had the block lettering stlscion sticker.

Hmm I was just up on telegraph like 15 mins ago. Lol. I saw a sweet
nasty lookin red tc... With a big wing. An yes my exhaust is super loud
the header made it real loud.

The red tC was Eds old ride b4 he sold it. Black tC is new to me
